Rodalyn’s Kitchen, or RK, is the newest Filipino-owned trailer and snack bar in Marysville, Ohio. Its goal is to bring Filipino cuisine into Central Ohio and have others experience the taste of passion!
Rodalyn Tayawa-Troyer, the restaurant’s owner and chef, is a motivated and tenacious person. She had always dreamed of pursuing her passion and love for cooking as a profession since she was young. She enjoys throwing parties, cooking, and feeding her family, friends, and coworkers. She is now an entrepreneur in addition to being a devout Christian, a single mother, and a network and cloud infrastructure engineer.
